Data We Collect

We only collect data that is strictly necessary for the stated purpose. We never sell your data.

  • Website analytics — Anonymised page views, device type, referral source — via Google Analytics 4, loaded only after your consent.
  • Demo requests — First name, last name, professional email, company, job title, sector, and optional message submitted through our booking form.
  • Contact — Email address and message content when you write to [email protected].
  • Technical data — Anonymised IP address, browser type, and access logs — collected automatically by Cloudflare for security and performance.

Cookies & Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how visitors use the site. GA4 is activated only after you explicitly accept cookies via our banner. IP addresses are anonymised. You can withdraw consent at any time using the "Cookie Preferences" button in the footer.

Data Retention

Demo request data is retained for up to 3 years from last contact. Analytics data (GA4) is retained for 14 months. Technical logs (Cloudflare) are retained for 30 days. You may request deletion at any time.
